The Rhode Island Watercolor Society presents 15
shows per year in their gallery inside the Slater Memorial Park
Boat House, located off Armistice Boulevard, Pawtucket, RI.
These exhibits include the National Watermedia
Competition each fall, to introduce artists and their art to the
community and are free and open to the public. Hours are Sundays
1-5 pm, and Tuesdays-Saturdays 10 am-4 pm.
The group boasts a membership of more than 300
from New England to Florida and is one of the oldest watercolor
societies in the United States.
