The mission of the Annual Grafton Fine Arts & Music Festival, created by the Grafton Cultural Council, is to promote local Grafton and Worcester County artists and musicians while raising awareness of the arts by offering an opportunity for cultural enrichment and creative expression for individuals throughout the Blackstone Valley.
