Rick Quimby, a physics professor at WPI, manages a tremendously informative
website that is fed by bird sightings throughout the Blackstone Valley and
beyond. He has called the Blackstone Valley's Mark Lynch a "fountain of
knowledge" who sends a great deal of information to the site. Mark, an avid
bird watcher, has been willing to send Blackstone Daily relevant sightings
so that we can all learn to open our ears and eyes as we listen to the
simplicity of life so often lost in these busy times. So, step back for a moment
and enjoy your surroundings.
