In the Historic Village of Phillipsdale.
Historic tour includes the mills, the village church, school, store and mill houses, all
built and owned by Mr. Eugene Phillips, from whom the village gets its name.
Area around house includes beautiful gardens, falls in the river, an 1895 Pump
House and the last remaining building of the Hunts Mills Amusement Park.
Start at the Grace Chapel on Roger Williams Ave. in East Providence.
Roger Williams Ave is off Newport Ave.
