The Trust for Public Land and the Land Trust Alliance partnered in 2000 to begin production and distribution of the LandVoteŽ publications. These publications provide an overview of the year's voting trends, at-a-glance overviews of regional voting activities through illustrated maps, profiles of conservation finance mechanisms and case studies of transformational conservation programs.

The following chart was presented in the Trails and Greenways Publication of the John H. Chafee National Heritage Corridor Commission in February 2003. Please note that this is not all protected open space. For example, protected open space (as shown on the State's DEM map) is much less for Grafton and other Valley towns.
