ATTENTION: PARENTS OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN AGES 3-5 JOIN
US AT THE WHITINSVILLE SOCIAL LIBRARY FOR SOME MUSICAL
FUN WITH GRACE NOTES BEGINNING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 7,
2006 @ 1 PM "Cycle of Seasons" is a program that
includes music and movement activities to build the
sensory-motor foundation for learning, respecting the
children's growing independence and developing
competencies. The classes, based on the seasons of the
year, will include songs, movement activities,
exploration of instruments, and stories for the children
to act out and embellish. 30-minute classes will be held
on the first Thursday of each month beginning September
7, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. Pre-registration is required for
each class. Please call the library at 508-234-2151.
This program is free and open to the public. This
program is supported in part by a grant from the
Northbridge Cultural Council, a local agency that is
supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state
agency. |
