Picnic in the Park
The
Whitin Community Center holds an annual event, Picnic in the Park,
each June. They are always seeking vendors, volunteers, and bakers
for the annual benefit event. The 19th
Annual Picnic in the Park will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2008
from 10 am – 4:00 pm.
Volunteers are needed to make this event the success it always is!
Choose from
set up crew
(7:00 am to 10:00 am),
during the event
(shift 1 - 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and shift 2 - 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm),
take down
crew
(3:00 pm to 6:00 pm), or the
bake sale
(bakers needed to prepare and deliver baked goods for Friday, June 8th
or helping out at the Bake Sale booth at Picnic in the Park on
Saturday). Free t-shirts to all workers! For more information
